Outsourcing your editing frees up hours each week, reduces burnout, and allows you to focus on what actually grows your business.
You didn’t start your business to spend every evening behind a screen.
Submitting your catalogs is straightforward and organized. Your client dashboard walks you through each step—from scheduling and preparing your catalog to file sharing, understanding the editing process, and accessing support along the way.
From full wedding days to portrait sessions, I specialize in high-volume workflows that demand both efficiency and attention to detail. Whether you need ongoing support or help during peak seasons, I’m here to lighten the load.
Unlike large editing companies, I work closely with a limited number of photographers to learn your preferences, tones, and workflow. Every catalog is edited with consistency and care so your galleries still feel true to your work

As a mom to two little ones, I also understand how quickly time moves—and how valuable it really is. My goal is to provide thoughtful, reliable editing support that helps photographers spend less time behind their screens and creates a little more room for everything happening outside of work.
I’m Kaitlyn, a private photo editor who believes the little details can make all the difference.
Before stepping into photo editing, I spent years working in healthcare, specializing in diagnostic imaging like X-rays and MRIs. It was a completely different kind of imagery, but it taught me the value of precision, consistency, and paying close attention to the details.
When I began building my photo editing business, those same strengths found a new home. Today, I provide private editing for wedding and family photographers, taking the time to learn the tones, preferences, and creative choices that make their work their own.
Before I begin editing, I take time to review your prior galleries, carefully study the anchor images included with each catalog, and learn the details of your editing style. These reference points guide every adjustment, helping me create consistent, thoughtful edits that feel like a natural extension of your work.

I intentionally work with a limited number of photographers each season to maintain consistency, quality, and clear communication.
Not at all. My role is to support your editing style, not change it. By referencing your preset, anchor images, and previous galleries, I ensure each catalog stays aligned with the look and feel your clients already recognize.
The goal is for your galleries to feel cohesive and true to your brand, just without the hours spent behind the computer.
Yes! Every catalog is edited personally by me. I don’t outsource work to a team of editors, which allows me to maintain consistency, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of each photographer’s unique style.
Over time, this familiarity allows the editing process to become even more seamless and aligned with your vision.
Turnaround time currently ranges from 5-7 business days, depending on catalog size and the time of year. If you have an upcoming delivery deadline, feel free to let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate your timeline whenever possible.
Anchor images are a small selection of edited photos that act as reference points for your gallery. By reviewing these images alongside your previous work, I’m able to understand your editing preferences and ensure the final gallery remains consistent with your style.
Providing one anchor image for each major lighting change within the catalog is especially helpful. As we work together over time and your style becomes more familiar, many photographers find that fewer anchors are needed.
Catalogs are shared using Lightroom Smart Previews, which makes sending large galleries quick and efficient without transferring the full RAW files. Smart Previews are much smaller in size, saving both time and storage space.
Once you're onboarded, I’ll provide simple step-by-step instructions on how to create and upload your catalog.
All editing is completed in Adobe Lightroom Classic (LrC - desktop version) using your preset as the foundation. From there, I make careful adjustments to white balance, color, exposure, and tone to ensure your gallery feels cohesive and aligned with your editing style.
At this time, I focus exclusively on color correction and image refinement. Catalogs should be culled prior to submission so I can concentrate on delivering consistent edits throughout your gallery.
I intentionally work with a limited number of photographers each season to maintain consistent quality and communication. Availability is managed through your client dashboard, where you’ll be able to view open editing slots and submit catalogs as needed.
